Our goal is to provide you with the service you want. We offer customized services as a General Contractor to manage all aspects of your commercial or residential project, such as:

• Working with architects and other planners during and after the design and estimating phase.
  
• Chief Architect, a 3-D computer-aided design system, allows us to create building plans and generate 3-D views of the buildings.
  
• Offer advice on alternative and “green” building solutions to minimize impact to the environment and community.
  
• Obtaining any permits and complying with local building codes.
  
• We currently employ quality carpenters and journeymen carpenters to build your construction projects.
  
• Using our office facilities & communication equipment at each job site, our goal is effective communication so the construction project will be as efficient as possible.
  
• We coordinate and oversee the work of all subcontractors involved in the project such as electricians, plumbers, cabinet makers, carpenters, excavators, landscapers, etc.
  
• We order & coordinate the delivery and inspect any materials needed.
  
• We offer job costing and tracking services.

Custom Cabinetry and Millwork:

Our Cabinetry shop can provide you with a full range of services for your millwork requirements. We have extensive experience with Kitchen cabinetry, office cabinetry, entertainment centers, built in bookcases , wood paneling, and furniture of all types. Our company will also completely manage your projects from design, shop drawings, to installation and service. Because we are part of a construction company with a team of carpenters, painters, and expert subcontractors for electrical, plumbing, tile, masonry, wallpapering and audio/visual to name a few, we can handle all aspects and details of your projects. Our ability to export and import CAD drawings allows us to expedite the design and approval phase of your project. We are always available to meet with you to answer questions, and to provide technical advice on upcoming projects.

Carpentry Services:

Our team of veteran carpenters will provide you with the services you want, whether it’s an economical stick framed garage or intricate carved crown moldings. We work quickly, neatly and efficiently and we are competitively priced. For larger projects or on ones requiring immediate attention we have a pool of qualified, competent and insured subcontractors at our disposal.

Office facilities & Communication

We use leading edge software, computer equipment, telephone and cell phone services to facilitate communications, such as:

• We can receive your architect blueprints by email in .pdf format and print them here in our office to scale.
  
• We will soon be offering secure electronic payment on-line.
  
• We can e-mail you up-to-the-minute pictures of your construction project for your review.
  
• We can e-mail invoices and job cost reports in excel, adobe, .pdf or .tiff.
